What’s your return/exchange policy?
At Purple-Fit, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or you may need a different size or style. To make the process as seamless as possible, we have established the following Return and Exchange Policy:
1) Eligibility:-
- To be eligible for return / exchange, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- To ensure the hygiene factor we expect the products to be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- You may return / exchange items within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2) How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:-
- To initiate a return/exchange, please send your request via Contact Us along with the order ID and our Customer Service team will connect with you in 24hrs.
- You may send your request at contact@purple-fit.com or message us via WhatsApp @9354569724 (10 am to 6 pm)
3) Exchange Process:-
- Once we receive and inspect the item for exchange, we will promptly send the new item to the address provided.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
4) Return Process:-
Once your request has been accepted, you will need to ship your item to the following address:-
